In the past 24 hours, a few things I've learned..
1. Making plans to do something (like update the site) when raising a newborn can go right out the window.
2. An undiapered baby can spew poop three feet.
3. Looking into your childs eyes and having them look straight back at you as if they know exactly who your are is one of the greatest feelings in the world.
There are such joys in very simple things..
Still trying to find time to put up pictures, but these days sleep has got to come before that so, here's a sneak peek.

She is beautiful and I know you are enjoying her so much! Have a great day!
She is very beautiful! And you are right about joys in the simplest things. Enjoy every moment-they grow very fast.
She's so sweet! Thanks for sharing your pictures.
Made me cry! I am so happy for you guys.
Your blog post is too funny! But I know exactly what you mean. Having a newborn in the house is just so much fun but your life is so unpredictable at times. It is so hard to believe that Baby Nate is already 2 weeks old. Have a great weekend and I hope everything is going well for you and your family.
Leah, I loved to see her in the little Eyore outfit, I felt like I had just hugged her for myself! Which I hope to do soon! She is so sweet, I can hardly wait to see her in person!
Is this the most beautiful Baby you have ever seen? Well, I vote yes! And you KNOW I am not prejudice at all. Smile
Leah you are doing a great job on this site. You are Mommy of the year in my eyes and John is surely father of the year. How blessed we are you found him. Thanks Vikki Smile.
I know you will Train her in the way she should go. Which give me hope for the next generation. What Blessing you and John are to your Dad and I. We love you all dearly.
Love Nana B
